What are the Velcro loops for on top of the bag by the handle?
There are openings on both sides of the handle for the hydration hose. The openings are covered by the velcro when not in use.
Is the backpack machine washable?
No, the backpack is not machine washable, we recommend that you hand wash it only.
Is the changing pad machine wash safe?
Our changing pad is not suggested to machine wash. Because it can suffer de-formation after machine washing. The best way to clean the mat is to use a wet cloth to wipe the mat, and hand wash.
